How long will an appointment take?

Appointment times do depend on the size of the job, but roughly:

Carpet Cleaning:
1 – 2 Rooms = 1 – 1.5 Hour
3 – 4 Rooms = 1.5 – 2 Hours
5 – 6 Rooms = 2 – 3 Hours

Upholstery Cleaning:
6 seater = 1.5 – 2 Hours

Do you use water?
Yes we do, but as our solutions are designed to remove the dirt, we use a lot less water than conventional carpet cleaners.

Standard home, we will use around ½ bucket of water on carpet cleaning.

Upholstery cleaning we do use water, but on average we use 60% less water than regular upholstery cleaners.

How long will items take to dry?
Carpets 1 – 2 Hours | Upholstery 3 – 4 Hours | Mattress 1 – 2 Hours
How do I work out the SQM of my room/Rug?
You will need a tape measure to measure the Length & Width of the Room, then multiple answer A x answer B | Example width 5m x length 6m = 30SQM, total area space.
Do I have to move furniture?
Not at all, as our CLiCK technicians are trained to move the furniture within the room.
Will the team move all my furniture?
Yes with the exception of TV Entertainment Units, Computer Stations & Electrical Appliances’, ie Fridges, Freezers, Washing machines.
What should I do in preparation for the clean?
Simply move your small items, ornaments, photo frames so the team can concentrate on the large furniture items.
Will the heating/wooden floors under my carpets get wet or damaged during cleaning?
These items will not be damaged during cleaning, as we use a fine mist of our effervescent cleaner, we only clean the top layer of your carpet and will not soak the carpet under felt.
I have wooden/laminate floors, can the team clean the Upholstery outside?

Yes with pleasure, we can move upholstery outside to clean on drop-sheets, which are in every CLiCK Cleaning Van.

Are your teams supervised?
Yes all CLiCK teams are provided with a fully trained Supervisor.
Will dry-clean process results still be the same?
Yes. You do not sacrifice the cleaning results by opting for a dry-clean. All of our cleans are deep cleans and our work is guarantee.
Why do you need to take my Persians/Oriental/Silk/Dhurrie/Wool/Shaggy Rugs offsite to clean?

Hand-made Rugs require time, a careful & specialised cleaning process which may need to be repeated when the rug sets, Rugs are hung on customised drying racks to set, tassles cleaned/brightened, fibres brushed & rug sealed.  The overall cleaning result is higher when Rugs are cleaned offsite as opposed to onsite.

I still wish for my persians to be cleaned at home, is this possible?

Yes this is possible, however the clean will not be as effective as an off-site cleaning, but we will always return to complete a “touch-up” to areas you may be unhappy with.

Can you completely remove Pet Urine?
Pet Urine is considered carpet/upholstery damage, however CLiCK Cleaning will need to assess the area to ascertain if we can remove the urine and the best possible & most cost effective treatment to do so.  CLiCK currently have a 80% complete Urine Removal success rate but we cannot always guarantee complete removal.
What if I am not happy?
Please let us know.  You will receive a followup call, however if you are unhappy with any of the work completed, simply contact our office within 7 days, and we will send the team back for a “REDO’ at no additional charge to you.
What payment methods do you accept?

Cash or Debit/Credit Card (VISA & MasterCard) payments on the day.

Do you accept EFTs?

Yes, however a printed Proof of Payment needs to be handed to your CLiCK Cleaning Supervisor before the team leaves your premises.
